New name - same great information!
I've been trying to come up with a name that was more reflective of what this blog is all about, and more descriptive of what it is that I, as a Stress Management Consultant, can do for you.
It's been a bit of a challenge coming up with a combination of the words "stress-free," "live / living," and "natural / naturally" that wasn't already in use by someone! I've managed to do it though....at least according to Google search....and thought I'd try it out and see how it works.
Of course, I will continue to bring you information of the highest quality on holistic stress management and relaxation techniques, and general health and wellbeing.

:-O that's so uncanny...I was thinking of changing the name of my blog too. Although "The Power of Choice" is a very powerful name I just didn't think it quite covered everything that I've been talking about on the blog.

Thanks, Amit. It can be a challenge to come up with the name/title that conveys your message in a moment which is about how long it takes someone to read it! I'll look forward to seeing what you choose as a new name, too. :-)
I like your new name, but I was rather fond of the alliteration in "Be Well with Michelle". Perhaps, if you decide to change again, you could go with "Living Well with Michelle" :)
